Whenever I'm alone with you
You make me feel like I am home again
Whenever I'm alone with you
You make me feel like I am whole again
Whenever I'm alone with you
You make me feel like I am young again
Whenever I'm alone with you
You make me feel like I am fun again
However far away
I will always love you
However long I stay
I will always love you
Whatever words I say
I will always love you
I will always love you
Whenever I'm alone with you
You make me feel like I am free again
Whenever I'm alone with you
You make me feel like I am clean again
However far away
I will always love you
However long I stay
I will always love you
Whatever words I say
I will always love you
I will always love you

From Being Gupta to Dasgupta- A Journey of Life Time
Never ever anyone has thought that (In fact both Ruchi & Sanjib) that small words will ultimately set the life for them. This is a ‘Chhoti Si Love Story’, but the achievement is big in all its aspect.
A journey started just a year ago, now going to be a milestone in their live. A few hiccups here and there notwithstanding, this is a fruitful and smooth passage with love all around. Their voyage to matrimony has been the talking point of the office, raising some eyebrows, making some ahhs & heartbreaks (don’t count Rahul please….he is already planning to be with them during….guess it) and a spring of weather throughout the summer & winter.
Well this is going to happen, is a fact that all of us know in the office. True to her recognition as Mrugnayani, Mrunmoyi, it is bound that someone’s heart is going to be stolen and who is better than the happening chocolate boy. “Diwali Mein Dilwale Ne Dulhaniya Le Hi Li”. But the happiest thing is that the story just begins and all of us (especially Arora Saheb) waiting for Ghattu to come.
A dream happy beginning for the cute Jodi, God Bless both of you.
Arun Satapathy.

Pyar Hua Ikraar Hua
On one very fine day when My TL and I were not in a mood to work (It’s a rare thing mind you, it happens only once every minute), we went out and sat on the stairs in some khopcha of our office. We were talking about life and suddenly, she told me “its Sanjib”. I was not surprised but was extremely happy. The only thing that was bothering me was the difference between their personas. But as they say, opposites attract. Soon they made all of us realize that they were so far yet so near, so different yet so similar!
So what are the qualities that made them what they are? What are the specialties that make them so special? Here is a small attempt to answer these questions.
R- Rhetoric (Don’t ask me the meaning of the word, even I searched it)
U- Understanding (She always understands that I still need Sanjib)
C- Cutest (NO questions about that. She is definitely the cutest)
H- Honest (Honesty is the best policy, It will be tested come 1st March)
I- Intelligent (Definitely, she is intelligent, Ignore the Popat excel for god sake)
Let’s now get to Sanjib
S- Shy (Extremely Shy, even when it comes to saying I love you to any other girl than Ruchi)
A- Amazing (Trust me, I know)
N- Nicest (He has so much of love for everyone and specially me)
J- Jolly (He laughs, he jokes, he dances, he sings)
I- Intense (He can get intense, especially when its regarding Ruchi)
B- Bassionate (I know the word is passionate, but this is how Ruchi will pronounce it while suffering from cold)
So these are few of the traits that will make them a great couple. Hell, how can I forget sadda Ghatu. Itna to uska b haque banta hai yaar.. So everyone, this is how Ghatu should be:
G- Ghatu, aur kya
H- Hunter (He can also be Hintu like his CP, but CP wants him to do more than giving hints to girls. So our ghats will be a hunter)
A- Attitude (It is the Hereditary problem in his CP, it will definitely come)
T- Tiger (Just like his dad)
U- Ultra Handome (Imagine in his school Shri Popat Lal Shishodia Vidyalya, girls will surround him and cheer Ghats, we love you)
What a family will it be?? But on a serious note, I really wish that all the blessings in the world are showered on this very sweet couple. Hope you always remain the same.
Waiting to do Aaha Chik nak chik nak at your marriage on 20 th Jan 2010 and wishing you all the best…
Rahul

When Chikku meets Sanju
Ruchi and Sanjib, I would say these two individuals are poles apart, but still they have something in common, a feeling of love for each other.
When I came to know that Ruchi and Sanjib are marrying, it was a surprising news for me but a good one. Until I was in DI, there was nothing much going around between them, just the Bengali language lessons. Chikku and I were dedicated students of Sanjib (Bengali Teacher). Sanjib a very sweet, patient, and one of my favorites was more dedicated to teach us..lOlz..Everyday, we learnt something new to tease Lopa (our wonderful project manager). I used to put in all efforts to sit near these two fun loving chaps, and most of the times I was successful. Those days were my best days in DI.
My Chikku is a darling, I truly admire her cute smile, impressive dressing sense, talkativeness, and dedication to fulfill her commitments. Sanib, super cool Bengali Tiger, lil shy, but always ready to do fun, calm and good listener.
Guys, by the way, I am the STEPPING STONE of your love story, don't forget that...I interviewed you both and selected as my team members. Rest you were intelligent.
May your lives always be blossomed with love and happiness.
All the best!
Rachna

Dear Ruchi and Sanjib
I am really glad that you have decided to tie the nuptial knot. Heartiest best wishes and blessings for a very happy and fulfilling life together.
What do I say about both of you. Both of you are very dear to me. Both of you are very good individuals as I have known in many occasions be it happy or stressful. To be very frank I have liked Ruchi from Day1 due to her quality of work. Yet that was Ruchi the writer in the team. But gradually when I shifted upstairs and started a regular interaction with the team it was then that I also got to know Ruchi the person. And now I can say with conviction that she is a very sweet, simple girl with a wonderful heart. And this is quite a rare quality keeping in mind the present age of cut-throat competition. I have felt that she is a very genuine person and that is what I liked the most about her. Now everything said and done she also must have some negative qualities as well but that is upon Sanjib to find out gradually in life and give it a nice shape. After all that is what marriages should be all about. To accept each other as they are and complement each other.
Now as for Sanjib is concerned he is also a very nice guy. And to be very frank I am really happy that he has chosen a wonderful girl like Ruchi. Though he had never shown so much intelligence(LOL! :) earlier, yet he has passed the intelligence test with distinction to me by making such a correct choice. It alone assures me of his integrity of character. One thing that I have understood in my tenure with Sanjib is that he is a very nice guy. And be assured that I am not saying this for the sake of saying. I have found it out with my experience.

Dearest Ruchi
Myself: “Hey Ruchi,Whats up!!! Kya scene. Kya ho raha hain”
Ruchi: ”Good morning Ashish” or whatever depending the hour of the day I used to call “hanji Ashish, bas accounts laga raheee hunn”
Myself, in a sharp, sometimes harsh, arrogant, exciting, sometimes dull voice "How many account???"
Ruchi “24 ashish, kya karein kam members aye hain” in same voice everytime
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I don’t know what I would write when there is so much cute things being written and cutee cutee love messages and proposals being exchanged between you and Sanjib. Seems I am out of place.. anyways..
I can write a complete transcript of our conversations which were related mostly to our office work. However, why I wrote these words above was not because I was only remembering the words and sentences we shared but the moments and more importantly your reactions to my concerns and questions. Anyone, who knows you would instantly know how, what would have been your reactions. Tense but at the same time the belief of doing the impossible and achieving the unthinkable. And I think the same thing occurred while entering into a relationship with Sanjib. For the outside world it would have looked sometimes that you were tense(and I bet you were), sometimes not decided, not sure of yourself. But inside knowing what you wanted. And it is good that you made the right decision by choosing Sanjib as the life partner.
I know how you and Sanjib will be feeling right now. You both would feel that you will marry your friend, the one you laugh with, live for, dream with and then finally with whom you fall in love. And this kind of love is really cute and exciting ... In front of my eyes I am remembering my days in my office where I had fallen in love with Dina..
So now you enter a married life with all the best wishes and blessing of friends and elders. But what would be stored in that life.. a very different life.. Well the honeymoon period (well which is not of 10-15 days but 1 year or so) will be the best part of your life. But once that period is over the key later is to be yourself. Wives tend to be overcaring in the initial period and later on take all the blood from husband’s veins… ha ha ha. I am sure you would not do that. And yes please don’t keep on nagging Sanjib as most wives do.. and yes Drink less and make good bengali food for Sanjib.
Now to you Mr. Sanjib,
Thanks for giving this opportunity to write for this site.
The ticker says now 45 days to go for the D day.. I know how men feel about it.. they are more tense than women. But you are a cool guy. So enjoy this part of the life. And one more thing for you. I know you would like this.. “The sound of a kiss is not so loud as that of a cannon, but its echo lasts a great deal longer”. Remember it too.
So we all wait for the D day and very much look forward of blogging again on this url when you get married and then return from honeymoon and then the 1st anniversary and then have your kids and then when they turn 18 and I teach them all about love on the same blog.. In other words live a very happy life together and remember the time will pass like this ticker very quickly so enjoy the each and every part of it as much as possible.
"Love is a temporary madness. It erupts like an earthquake and then subsides. And when it subsides you have to make a decision. You have to work out whether your roots have become so entwined together that it is inconceivable that you should ever part.”
Again wishing you all the best for your married life,
Ashish

" I DO"
He religiously initiated his love story through something thats called " Online Dating". The whole thing came to me as a surprise and I also gave it my doubtful eye but somehow being Sanjib's sister i had immense trust on him. I knew if he liked a girl there would have been really somthing very special about her. Sooner i got to know she was none other than ruchi, one of our colleagues, whom i fondly used to refer as Sabri. I won't say that we both were the bestest of friends but we shared great chemistry and I had already began seeing in her by Boudi (Bhabhi). For the past so many monhs both of them have not looked back nor have been intimidated by an obstacles. I am really glad that Sanjib got a life partner like Ruchi.
Well!! now the good news is, that 20th January 2010 is the holy day when Sanjib & Ruchi would say " I DO" and would get tied in the nuptial knots forever and ever..
Life indeed offers great surprises, isn''it????
Vishal & Deepika wish u both a rockin married life ahead .
God bless
Always there for U

Re: To whom it may concern
Thank you for the opportunity extended...
With refrence to the proposal letter sent by you on Dec 2, 2009, I am very pleased to accept you as not just my prospective lover but the only man in my life..
Understanding the trust and silent friendship that we enjoy, I am very much hopeful that our love relationship will float sucessfully through this probation period and hence I am optimistic that I will soon receive appraisal of becoming your wife ( 20 Jan 2010).
Also, being a new entrant to this field, I would like to request you to conduct regular love trainings, which would help me to perform to the best of my abilities ;)
Being very ambitious, I would also like to emphasize on the fact that I really look forward to have regular incentive schemes that are based on Showering Love on Cummulative Basis. (Multiplication of Love each day).
The intial scheme for expenses as proposed by you is acceptable for me, but going forward, we will not be two identities and hence your POCKET will also become MINE.
Considering that I am replying to your proposal within the given time frame, I here by announce that only RUCHI GUPTA is entitled for this proposal and thus this scheme automatically becomes null and void for anybody else may be in or outside DI.
Thanks & Lots of Love
Mrs. Ruchi Sanjib Dasgupta

To Whom It May Concern
I am very happy to inform you that I have fallen in Love with you since I don’t know when (Obviously after joining DI). With reference to the chatting held between us on 16th of Feb. 2009 at 11.46 am, I would like to present myself as a prospective lover.
Our love affair would be on probation for a period of three months and depending on compatibility, would be made permanent.
Of course, upon completion of probation, there will be continuous on the job training and performance appraisal schemes leading up to promotion from lover to spouse.
The expenses incurred for coffee and entertainment would initially be shared equally between us. Later, based on your performance, I might take up a larger share of the expenses. However I am broadminded enough to be taken care of, on your expense account.
I request you to kindly respond within 6 days of receiving this letter, failing which, this offer would be revoked without further notice and I shall be considering someone else within or outside DI. I would be happy, if you could forward this letter to your sister or friends, if you do not wish to take up this offer.
Thanking you in anticipation,
Yours sincerely,
Mr. Sanjib Dasgupta

What is it like to be in LOVE with someone?

What is it like to be in LOVE with someone?
To that I would say, Loving HER is something which is not a pre-teen puppy love, an unvoiced crush, or a hollow lust, but LOVE. A LOVE that is all encompassing – that agonizes and wounds and exalts and heals. A LOVE that connects you to another soul . . . and, through them, to the universe. A LOVE that raises you to immortality. A LOVE that lets you, if but for a moment, "slip the surly bonds of earth, to touch the face of God." (Well, that part I am not totally sure of, just felt
Can you really describe it or can it only be experienced to be known? Can any words illustrate it? Save you will know it when you feel it, nerves to bones?
